Martijn van de Hel and Bas van Os have successfully assisted Value Enhancement Partners (VE Partners) in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of VDM Industries.
VE Partners is an investment company with interests in various companies in different sectors, including the travel industry, technical installation engineering and employment services. It focuses primarily on companies in the Benelux. VDM Industries specializes in the production, filling, packaging, and development of cleaning and personal care products. VDM Industries has locations in Bodegraven and Mijdrecht.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 17 July 2025. The ACM approved the transaction on 8 August 2025.
