Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted Flexfamily in obtaining ACM approval for the acquisition of Level One.
Both Flexfamily and Level One are active in the field of temporary staffing, recruitment and selection in the Netherlands within various sectors, including logistics & transport, construction, and agriculture and horticulture. Level One is also involved in the development of real estate projects that support its temporary employment practice regarding housing for temporary workers and staff.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 17 December 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 9 January 2026.
