Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt have successfully assisted Ink.Fish Keel B.V. (Ink.Fish) in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of Waalbron.
Ink.Fish is a global organisation of companies that conduct oceanographic research and other scientific activities for philanthropic purposes. Waalbron is active in the field of installation technology through its subsidiaries Alewijnse and Tijssen.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 20 August 2025. The ACM has approved the transaction on 15 September 2025.
