Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted Waterland in obtaining approval from the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”) for the acquisition of IQ-Holding B.V.
Waterland is a Dutch private equity fund that invests in the mid-market segment. IQ-Holding provides management consultancy services through Improven and It’s Value.
The transaction was notified to the ACM on 10 February 2026 and approved on 26 February 2026.
