Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita successfully supported the Op Stoom Group in its acquisition by CompaNanny.
The Op Stoom Group's activities consist of operating daycare centres and after-school care centres in Haarlem and Brabant. It also offers learning/work placements for people who want to qualify as childcare workers.

The acquisition was reported to the ACM on 25 July 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 12 February 2026. The ACM conducted an extensive investigation into the markets where both companies together would acquire a high combined market share. This investigation concluded that there would still be sufficient competitors in every local market for daycare and after-school care in Haarlem.
