Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted QRS Group, part of the Asker Healthcare Group, in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition Van Heek Medical.
Asker is a supplier of medical supplies, devices, equipment and related services in various markets in Northern and Central Europe. Van Heek Medical is a trading company with its own brand that focuses on the development, production and distribution of medical devices under its own brand. The focus is on medical devices that are relatively simple and disposable in nature.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 17 December 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 15 January 2026.
