Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk have successfully assisted Infra Group on its acquisition of Timmermans Infra.
Infra Group operates in the field of underground and above-ground infrastructure works. Infra Group carries out work for various sectors, including telecoms, electricity, water and sewerage, district heating, data centres, public lighting, landscaping and rail. The entire Infra Group operates in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Denmark, Northern Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Timmermans Infra is active in the field of underground infrastructure (water and electricity). Timmermans Infra carries out the installation and assembly of cable and pipework.
The investment was notified to the ACM on 20 March 2026. The ACM approved the transaction on 13 April 2026.
