The Hakvoort Group operates in the field of professional catering equipment and fittings. The group focuses on the design, production, supply, installation and maintenance of commercial kitchen solutions.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 26 March 2026. The acquisition was approved on 10 April 2026.
