On 9 October 2025, Diederik Schrijvershof and Leah Peeters gave a presentation on healthcare sales at the Management & Funding and Healthcare Sales meeting of the Dutch Hospital Association (NVZ). Among other things, they discussed practical lessons that can be learned from recent case law on healthcare contracting and compliance with the Integral Healthcare Agreement (IZA) by healthcare purchasers. The AZWA, the NZa's enforcement of the healthcare (purchasing) obligation and the Healthcare Purchasing Transparency Regulation (Regeling Transparantie zorginkoop zwv) were also discussed.
