Maverick is launching the wetvifo.nl information portal. The website offers information and practical tips as to whether or not a notification requirement applies and on the screening requirements under the Wet Vifo (Investment Screening Bill).
The information portal is regularly updated on the basis of questions from business owners and experiences of the lawyers involved, such as contacts with the Dutch Investment Screening Agency (BTI).
