Maverick Advocaten successfully assisted the online travel company Prijsvrij in an important civil procedure against tour operator Thomas Cook Nederland. In its judgment of 29 August 2018, the Court of Amsterdam decided that the termination of the agency agreement by TCN infringed competition law.
