Maverick Advocaten has represented Stern, one of the largest automotive groups in the Netherlands, in relation to the acquisition of some of the activities of Pouw, another Dutch automotive company. The transaction has been approved by the Authority for Consumers & Markets within one week upon submission of the notification form.
