Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman successfully assisted IPSI Group in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Nederlandsch Octrooibureau (NLO).
IPSI is active in the market for (legal) services in the field of intellectual property. IPSI is mainly active in France, Belgium and Luxembourg. NLO is also active in the market for legal IP-services. NLO is mainly active in the Netherlands.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 24 March 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 14 April 2025.
