Martijn van de Hel and Mats Reijman have successfully assisted H2 Equity Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of P&D Group.
H2 Equity Partners is an investment company with portfolio companies that operate in various sectors. P&D Group is a group of companies engaged in the wholesale, distribution and production of packaging materials and related machinery.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 20 March 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 4 April 2025.
