A team of Maverick Advocaten has successfully assisted IT multinational Infosys in obtaining approval at the Authority for Consumers & Markets for the acquisition of 75% of the shares in Stater. Stater is the largest Dutch mortgage service provider and previously a 100% subsidiary of ABN AMRO.
The Authority for Consumers & Markets approved the transaction on the 19th of April 2019.
