Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk have successfully assisted Baker Tilly in obtaining approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of joint control by Inflexion.
Baker Tilly is an accountancy and consultancy firm with twelve offices in the Netherlands. Baker Tilly Netherlands is primarily active in the field of accountancy services and also has activities in the areas of (business) consultancy, corporate finance, management consultancy services, tax advice, legal services, IT and ESG consultancy. Inflexion is an investment fund with interests in companies in a wide range of sectors.
The investment was notified to the ACM on 31 January 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition of joint control on 24 February 2025.
The acquisition also received attention in the media.
