Cyriel Ruers and Saskia Stolk successfully assisted 365 Capital in obtaining approval from the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisition of Vandaglas.
365 Capital is an investment company based in the Netherlands. 365 Capital focuses on medium-sized and well-positioned companies. Vandaglas is active in the field of processing and trading architectural glass.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 12 March 2025. The ACM approved the acquisition on 28 March 2025.
