The team of Maverick Advocaten successfully represented Eredivisie Media & Marketing (“EMM”), part of Fox Networks Group Netherlands, in an administrative procedure initiated by CAIW and KPN against a decision of the Dutch competition authority (ACM) to dismiss the complaints by CAIW and KPN against a change in EMM’s distribution policy. The ACM has recently declared the objections of CAIW and KPN against ACM’s previous decision to be unfounded as there are insufficient indications of consumer harm.
