Martijn van de Hel has written an article for Globe on the new (draft) Block Exemption Regulation and Guidelines for distribution agreements of the European Commission.
Those new rules are to enter into force on 1 June 2022. Although the assessment and exemption of distribution agreements remain largely the same, suppliers are well advised to closely review the agreements made with their distributors.
