Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted Restaurant Company Europe in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Happy Italy.
Happy Italy is a restaurant chain with more than 1000 employees and 20 locations in the Netherlands. It operates its own wholesale business and pasta production facility.
The acquisition of Happy Italy by Restaurant Company Europe was notified to the ACM on 12 July 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 22 July 2021.
