Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted H2 Equity Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Pluto Sport.
Pluto is an athleisure e-tailer specialised in sports and leisure articles. It is active via the following webshops: www.plutosport.nl, www.plutosport.de, www.plutosport.fr, www.plutosport.com and the webshops of Bol.com and Amazon in Europe.
The acquisition of Pluto Sport by H2 Equity Partners was notified to the ACM on 25 June 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition 12 July 2021.
