Diederik Schrijvershof and Annabel Kingma have succesfully assist Stichting Ons Tweede Thuis in obtaining approval from the Authority for Consumers and Markets ("ACM") for the acquisition of control over the activities of Nieuw Amstelrade.
Stichting Ons Tweede Thuis and Nieuw Amstelrade specialize in care for people with acquired brain injury. Stichting Ons Tweede Thuis is active in Haarlem, Aalsmeer, Amstelveen and Amsterdam, among other places. Nieuw Amstelrade is only active in Amsterdam (and Diemen). The acquisition of Nieuw Amstelrade was approved in the so-called first phase by ACM on 31 March 2020.
