On April 6th, Diederik Schrijvershof represented the Association of Practising General Practitioners (Vereniging Praktijkhoudende Huisartsen, VPH) in their appeal against the tariff decision concerning general practitioner’s care 2017 taken by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit, NZa) at the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal (College van Beroep voor het bedrijfsleven, CBb). VPH has also appealed at the CBb against the decision by the NZa on VPH’s objection proceedings, following the NZa’s tariff decision concerning general practitioner's care 2018.
