The Maverick team, led by Diederik Schrijvershof, has successfully assisted mental health care providers Arkin, GGZ inGeest and Stichting Amsterdamse Gezondheidscentra (SAG) in the process of obtaining clearance of the Dutch Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) for the creation of a joint venture regarding basic mental health care services. Following its first phase assessment the ACM decided to unconditionally clear the creation of the joint venture Alliantie Basis GGZ.
