Diederik Schrijvershof and Annabel Kingma successfully assisted AmerisourceBergen Corporation and Alliance Healthcare in obtaining approval from the NZa for the acquisition of Alliance Healthcare.
AmerisourceBergen Corporation is a global pharmaceutical distribution and services company. Alliance Healthcare is part of Walgreens Boots Alliance, a global pharmaceutical retail and wholesale company. Alliance Healthcare's activities in the Netherlands include pharmaceutical wholesaling and franchising/managing pharmacy brands. Alliance Healthcare also operates retail pharmacies.
