Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita have assisted Circular IT Holding in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of the following NEG group companies: NEG-ITSolutions B.V., Computer Trading Company B.V., iUsed B.V., NEG Group B.V., and Stichting ITdonations.
Circular IT Holding B.V., part of the independent private equity firm Waterland, is involved in selling and renting used laptops, networking equipment and servers, and offering related services. The NEG group companies are involved in selling new and used laptops and phones and offering related services.
The acquisition was notified to the ACM on 19 October 2022. The ACM approved the acquisition on 2 November 2022.
