Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted Companionco NL B.V. (as part of Waterland Private Equity Investments) in obtaining approval from the ACM to acquire joint control over De Jong & Laan Beheer B.V. together with De Jong & Laan Coöperatie U.A.
Waterland is an independent private equity firm. De Jong & Laan is active in the field of accountancy, consultancy, taxation and/or auditing services.
The joint venture was notified to the ACM on 8 September 2022. The ACM approved it on 26 September 2022.
