Martijn van de Hel has assisted Waterland in the acquisition of control over Scholt Energy Control, located in Valkenswaard. Waterland is an independent private equity investment group. Scholt is an energy supplier for corporate consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The transaction was approved by the Authority for Consumer and Markets on October 3rd 2016.
