Diederik Schrijvershof and Annabel Kingma have assisted VDK Groep in obtaining ACM’s approval of the acquisition of Klein Poelhuis Beheer.
VDK Groep and Klein Poelhuis Beheer both provide services in the field of electrical and mechanical building engineering in the Netherlands. VDK Groep’s activities also include related services, such as finishing and outfitting activities, paintwork and project design.
This concentration was reported to ACM on 18 December 2020. ACM approved the concentration on 7 January 2021.
