Martijn van de Hel and Saskia Stolk have successfully assisted S[&]T in obtaining approval from the Bureau for Verification of Investments (BTI) for the acquisition of the company by Active Capital Company.
S[&]T is an international developer and provider of advanced space data technology and consultancy services for the aerospace, defence, sustainability and high-tech sectors. The company carries out this work for ESA, TNO, KNMI and the Ministry of Defence, among others. Active is an investment company focusing on small and medium-sized companies with headquarters in the Netherlands and Germany.
On 16 May 2025, the investment was reported to the BTI in accordance with the notification requirement and investment assessment under the Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions Security Screening Act (Vifo Act). On 23 July 2025, the BTI announced that no assessment decision was required.
