Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt successfully assisted QEF Mega Invest B.V. ("Quadrum") in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Megahout Holding B.V. ("Megahout").
Quadrum is an independent investment company consisting of four investment funds with a focus on mid-market companies. Megahout is active within the wood processing industry. Megahout imports spruce wood from Scandinavia, Russia, Estonia and Latvia and processes it into semi-finished products.
ACM approved the transaction on June 27, 2022.
