Quadrum Investment Fund III is a fund that invests in companies from various sectors and helps realizing their growth ambitions. Avit Group is a network integrator and managed service-provider. Wingmen Solutions is a Danish system integrator.
The ACM approved the transaction on 18 January 2022.
