Diederik Schrijvershof and Paul Breithaupt assisted Quadrum Evergreen Fund and Pleijsier in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Thuis in Bouwen.
Quadrum Evergreen Fund is a fund that invests in companies from various sectors and helps them to realise their growth ambitions. Pleijsier is a family business that concentrates on non-residential construction in the western and central part of the Netherlands. Thuis in Bouwen is a construction company that focuses on ground-level residential construction in the western part of the Netherlands.
The transaction was approved by the ACM on 24 January 2022.
