Martijn van de Hel is assisting Parnassia Groep and Stichting Antes, two mental healthcare providers, in obtaining regulatory approval for their merger. The merger has already been approved by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). Recently, the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM) has decided that a further investigation into to effects of the concentration is needed.
