Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted NIBC in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of the Hemink Groep.
Hemink is a leading specialist in energy-efficient renovations and services in the field of real estate. Their services include plan-based maintenance, painting, small building projects, service and maintenance and prefab solutions.
The acquisition of Hemink by NIBC was notified to the ACM on 18 May 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 3 June 2021.
