Martijn van de Hel assisted NewPort Capital in obtaining the approval of the ACM for the acquisition of Koelisolatie Maatschappij Nederland.
Koelisolatie Maatschappij Nederland is a leading specialist in modular insulated construction. Koelisolatie Maatschappij Nederland builds refrigerated stores and cold stores, as well as other climate-controlled storage options for the food, distribution and transport sectors in the Netherlands and on request abroad.
The acquisition of Koelisolatie Maatschappij Nederland by NewPort Capital was notified to the ACM on 1 April 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 21 April 2021.
