Martijn van de Hel assists mental health institutions Met ggz and Parnassia Groep with the approval of the acquisition of Virenze, a mental health supplier with thirty offices the Netherlands. On 18 December 2017 Virenze was declared bankrupt. Met ggz and Parnassia have each continued part of the activities on 1 January 2018. The Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZA) has approved both transactions in an urgent procedure. Moreover, Parnassia Groep has submitted the acquisition for approval to the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Market (ACM). Click here and here for information in the press.
