Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted the merger between Parnassia Groep and Stichting Antes in a procedure before the Authority for Consumer and Markets (ACM).
Parties obtained clearance from ACM to merge, with the commitment to divest certain business divisions. GGZ Delfland will act as buyer for these business divisions from the parties. The Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) previously approved the acquisition.
With the merger, Parnassia Groep and Stichting Antes wish to bundle their strengths regarding knowledge, expertise and management, leading to an improved coordination and more targeted care for people with serious psychiatric disorders and elderly.
