Diederik Schrijvershof and Leah Peeters successfully assisted Mediq in obtaining approval from the Dutch Healthcare authority (“NZa”) for the transfer of sleep apnea patients form Linde Homecare. The transfer follows the independent decision by Linde Homecare to discontinue its sleep healthcare for patients. Linde Homecare has found Mediq willing to continue the sleep healthcare for these patients provided that the patients give their consent in advance.
Mediq supplies medical devices, disposable medical products, medicines and related services to healthcare institutions (B2B) and directly to patients at home (under the Healthcare Insurance Act). Linde Homecare primarily supplies medical devices and homecare for patients with respiratory problems, as well as complementary therapies for chronic diseases.
