Cyriel Ruers and Adriaan Craita successfully assisted Holland Capital in obtaining approval from the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) for the acquisitions of Medexs and Van Vliet Healthcare.
Holland Capital manages several funds that invest primarily in small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on technology and the healthcare sector.
Medexs specializes in the development, construction, and maintenance of cleanrooms and modular buildings. Medexs also installs and maintains air systems, lighting, and other equipment in medical environments. Medexs' main customers are hospitals and clinics. Van Vliet Healthcare focuses on the supply of (medical) consumables to hospitals and clinics and is also active in the construction of medical environments.
The acquisitions were notified to ACM on June 13, 2025. ACM approved the acquisitions on June 30, 2025.
