Diederik Schrijvershof has assisted Gimv in the proccess of obtaining a minority stake in Equipe Zorgbedrijven. Gimv is a European investment company with over three decades of experience in private equity and venture capital. Gimv is listed on Euronext Brussels. Gimv currently manages around EUR 1.8 billion (including co-investment partnerships) of investments in about 50 portfolio companies. Equipe Zorgbedrijven is an independent fast growing group of specialised clinics on 11 locations throughout the Netherlands. The team of Maverick Advocaten obtained clearance for the transaction from the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers & Markets (ACM).
