Diederik Schrijvershof and Ramesh Kaushik have assisted Equipe Zorgbedrijven in taking over orthopaedic care from MC Slotervaart. They successfully filed an exemption request for that purpose with the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
MC Slotervaart was put into liquidation on 25 October 2018. To safeguard the continuity of care for the orthopaedic patients of MC Slotervaart after the liquidation, Equipe Zorgbedrijven took over that demand for care.
The NZa granted an exemption for this transaction on 14 December 2018.
