Diederik Schrijvershof is assisting elderly care providers Stichting Zorggroep Elde and Stichting Maasduinen in obtaining clearance for their merger. The merger was approved by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa) on 28 March 2019 and was notified to the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on the same day. On 19 April 2019 ACM cleared the merger.
Stichting Zorggroep Elde and Stichting Maasduinen are both active in the field of eldery care in Noord-Brabant. By joining forces, a good answer is offered to the many challenges and ambitions that both organizations have for the future.
