Martijn van de Hel has successfully assisted Elba International N.V. in obtaining ACM's approval for the acquisition of NKM Holding B.V. as well as the sale of the ESAS group to the French Circet Odyssée SAS.
The ESAS group, NKM Holding and Circet Odyssée SAS are all active in the field of engineering, construction and maintenance of underground telecommunication networks, such as fiber and cable networks. With the transactions, both approved by ACM in December 2020 (see here and here), Circet becomes the European market leader in telecom services. With the acquisition of the ESAS group and NKM Holding, Circet also expands its services to the Benelux.
