Martijn van de Hel and Paul Breithaupt assisted Eerlijke WOZ in concluding an investigation by the Authority for Consumers and Markets (“ACM”).
Eerlijke WOZ is an appeals agency that appeals on behalf of consumers against the amount of the municipal WOZ decision. Consumers have informed the ACM that they found the information about the authorization to Eerlijke WOZ and the legal costs in the event of a successful appeal unclear.
Eerlijke WOZ has since adjusted its website and clarified the information about the authorisation and the legal costs. The ACM has now completed its investigation.
