Diederik Schrijvershof has assisted Craft Capital in obtaining the approval of the ACM for the acquisition of Vroom.
Vroom is an expert in the field of large-scale, complex and specialist works on foundations in the Netherlands, and is also active with respect to (the production and supply of) foundation piles as well as prefab and foundation elements.
Craft Capital’s acquisition of Vroom was notified to the ACM on the 8th of September 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on the 20th of September 2021.
