A team of Maverick Advocaten led by Martijn van de Hel is assisting an undertaking active in the cold storage industry (freezing and refrigerated storage) in the administrative procedure of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). ACM has imposed fines in three different cases on four cold storage firms and five executives for alleged infringements of the cartel prohibition. Maverick Advocaten has lodged an administrative appeal against the decision for one of the undertakings involved.
