Martijn van de Hel and Adriaan Craita assisted Bolster Investment Partners in obtaining approval from the ACM for the acquisition of Optima Mobility.
Optima Mobility specialises in the development, production and assembly of electric bicycles and cargo bikes (bakfietsen).
The acquisition of Optima Mobility by Bolster was notified to the ACM on 17 June 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 7 July 2021.
