Martijn van de Hel and Judith Jansen are assisting a distributor and brand owner of alcoholic beverages in formal complaint proceedings before the European Commission. According to the distributor, an international competitor is abusing its economic position by refusing deliveries and restricting parallel trade (Article 102 TFEU).
In the complaint, the distributor requests the European Commission to investigate this conduct and, if proven, to take appropriate enforcement measures.
