Martijn van de Hel assisted Base Logistics Group in obtaining approval from the ACM and the Austrian Competition Authority for the acquisition by Staci Group.
Staci Group is a leading fulfillment and logistics service provider based in France. Base Logistics Group, which includes the companies Base Logistics, HealthLink and Special Logistic Services (SLS), operates worldwide as a provider of integrated transport and warehouse services.
The acquisition of Base Logistics Group by Staci Group was notified to the ACM on 25 March 2021. The ACM approved the acquisition on 6 April 2021. The approval of the Austrian Competition Authority followed on 16 April 2021.
